2. How We Use Your Information
- To determine your eligibility for the Solrite Battery Virtual Power Agreement program;
- To contact you by phone, email, or text (if you opted in) about your application, scheduling your welcome call, your video verification call, your site visit, your installation, and ongoing program operations;
- To dispatch your project to one of our trained installer partners for site visit and installation;
- To facilitate your enrollment with an approved retail electric provider (currently Abundance Energy);
- To perform a soft credit inquiry (no impact on your credit score);
- To process payments and manage your account if you become a customer;

3. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with the parties below, and only as necessary to deliver the program:
- Solrite-network installer partners: the trained installer assigned to your project receives your contact and property information so they can schedule a site visit and complete the install.
- Abundance Energy (or another approved retail electric provider): receives the information necessary to enroll you in your new electricity service.
- Service providers: we use third-party services to operate the program, including Loops (transactional and marketing email), Lob (direct mail), Google (Analytics), and Firebase (data storage and authentication). These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as we direct.
- Finance and credit partners: for the soft credit inquiry and for any payment processing during the agreement.
- Legal and compliance recipients: if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to enforce our rights.
- Successors: if Solrite is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies, Pixels, and Analytics
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:
- Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic patterns and measure conversion. You can opt out using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- localStorage on your device to remember your form progress and your first-touch marketing-attribution data.
- Pixel and link tracking in marketing emails sent by Loops, to measure opens and clicks.
5. The ivi Mobile App
ivi is our field operations app, used by authorized sales representatives and installation partners to manage residential energy projects. If you use the App with a provisioned account, we collect:
- Account information: your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and onboarding details provided when your account is created.
- Location: precise and approximate device location while you use the canvassing map, so the App can show your position, nearby leads, and let you place lead pins. Location is used for app functionality only.
- Camera and photos: photos you take or upload in the App, such as utility bills, identification for account verification, and site survey or installation photos.
- Microphone: audio recorded during customer welcome calls made through the App, with the participants' knowledge, for quality and verification.
- Customer and project records: information entered about prospective and current customers as needed to deliver energy services.
- Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, and device information (via Firebase Crashlytics), associated with your account ID so we can fix problems you experience.
The App does not track you. We do not use App data for third-party advertising, we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and we do not share App data with data brokers or advertising networks. You can control the App's access to location, camera, and microphone at any time in iOS Settings. To exercise your privacy rights for App data, contact us using the information in the Contact section below.
6. Data Retention
We retain application information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Specifically:
