Solrite is not a utility and does not represent any utility or government agency. The Solrite Battery Virtual Power Agreement runs for 20 years from the In-Service Date with a fixed monthly payment that includes a $250/mo discount tied to enrollment with a Solrite-approved retail electric provider; the discount is forfeit if you switch to a non-approved REP or modify battery settings. Specific REP rates and locked-in periods vary; Solrite works to keep customers under retail market price but does not guarantee any specific rate beyond the initial term offered by the REP. VPP credits apply only to the solar-charged portion of battery discharges during VPP events; grid-charged energy is not credited; specific credit rates depend on the REP. Solrite owns the System and all federal, state, and local tax credits, incentives, renewable energy credits, rebates, and similar attributes. Solrite may file UCC-1 financing statements asserting its ownership; the System is Solrite's personal property under the Uniform Commercial Code. The battery is designed to provide backup electricity during outages but Solrite makes no guarantee that any portion of your electric load will be supported during every outage; do not depend on the battery for life support or critical medical equipment. Solrite's total liability is limited per Section 16 of the agreement. The Limited Warranty disclaims any warranty as to cost savings or fitness for a particular purpose. You may cancel within ten (10) business days of contract signing per the attached notice-of-cancellation form. Eligibility currently limited to Texas homes served by Oncor, CenterPoint Energy, AEP Texas, or TNMP. Customer is responsible for any early termination fee charged by their previous retail electric provider when switching. Subject to home qualification, engineering site audit, hardwired internet (Ethernet + AC outlet within 80 ft of inverter), owned or loan-financed solar (no PPA / leased / TPO systems), automatic withdrawal from a U.S. checking account, credit qualification, utility approval, and obtaining all required zoning, land-use, and building permits. Agreement governed by Texas law; disputes resolved by individual binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act (class action waived).
